The solution i thought of is if Bungie made it to where you wouldn't be able to get deepsight from normal weapons in raids. Instead make it to where adept weapons are the only versions that can drop deepsight and drop the required number of deepsight weapons from 5 to 3. This is just a thought though. The reason this whole thing even started is because people complained that there's zero reason to go through the effort and difficulty of grinding adept raid weapons when you can just craft the base weapons and put enhanced perks. In most cases the base weapon is better than the adept ones due to enhanced perks.
