I have been experiencing not receiving voicemail notifications in a timely manner for several months now. Before that it was working fine. I wonder if the timing is related to an upgrade from Android 10 to 11 or 12. I also have had a few times where the phone doesn't ring like user laughsgreen mentioned. I get the notification on restart.
