I pulled the fuse and was going to live with it, but wanted to have the ECM update for alternator output done. Dealership looked at it. and diagnosed the DCM as the cause for the draw and the service advisor said that Subaru is going to replace it for free. With a Gen1 DCM (one prior to 2019/2020 - the older firmware allows a longer polling time than normal, after the car is shut down, and the network signal is weak. It won't go on indefinitely, but is more than 5 minutes, or whatever is expected.Have a 2019 that the Starlink app is no longer working.
