well i havent played it, but both the ships i mentioned have the best (Furu) and second best (Kirov) AP pen out of t5 cruisers. Malta is currently the highest performing carrier. It's a good purchase for anyone who likes CV's. Personally I strongly dislike Moskva but it's not a bad ship.
