Yes, but you cannot run a -12mm offset wheel (9" wheel) with 35" tires and just a level. They will rub the inner fender (the part where you can only trim with a grinding wheel ). Also, Chocolate your -12mm offset wheels are a 5" backspacing since it is a 10" wide wheel. So they arent as bad as say a 20x9 wheel with a -12mm offset which is a 4.5 ...
