Ffxiv lagging.

I've tried everything. Again, it is specific to FFXIV. No other game is giving me this issue. My FPS is solid, everything else is running fine in game, which makes it even stranger. I've tried every fix I could find. Getting massive lag in instanced servers/dungeons As the title says, I'm fine out and about in the public/common areas, but the moment I go into dungeons, TRUSTS, or solo duties, it starts lagging like hell.Server Lag/Stuttering on East Coast.
