I look at it like this: You can do ChemE and be pre-med (do all of the necessary additional classes and get in all of your obligatory ECs: (research, volunteering, clinical, leadership, etc.)) OR. You can do ChemE and train to be a ChemE (do your co-op, join relevant ECs like AIChE, etc.).hours shadowing: 0 letters of rec from doc: 0 bio labs: 2 schools applied: 3 acceptances: 3 bs.
