Moreover, Ripline is criminally underappreciated on Valkyr herself, because it's most useful with longer ranges, whilst the rest of Valkyr's kit tends to use range as a dump stat, getting little benefit from it.

I run normally with Xata Whisper for the extra status damage but the stats for my 3 loadouts are : Xata's Whisper - 71% 89s duration. Eclipse - 414% / 75% 63.5s duration. Roar - 82% - 76s duration.

Pennant is NOT the worst 2h nikana, it's the worst for a combo build, for a heavy attack build it's top tier and by far the best 2h nikana. 32% cc and 2.4x multiplier with a very fast attack speed (affects heavy attack recovery) and you somehow call it the worst nikana LOL.
