I would argue that Vegas is probably the most liberal of the three, followed by Atlanta, with Houston being the most conservative. That said I wouldnt call any of the three conservative. For beach access, Houston. All have flights to beach places but Houston will offer the easiest access to a decent beach.

Dallas has more extreme weather. Hotter, thunderstorms, flooding, tornadoes, and it tends to get more wintery weather than Atlanta. Both cities deal with severe weather occasionally.
