After all the rigged matches I was into, I have seen the reality of Overwatch where you don’t get Streamer matches and being hard stuck in TOP500 as an actual plat streamer tank. Blizzard has an anti-cheat and with this Blizzard knows so much about your accounts, that the question is not if the matches are rigged.
