The idea of Daeran being like "never mind, I am no longer evil and selfish!!!" would kind of ruin his character. True but it would be nice if some companions can change a bit. Their core believes don't need to change but it would be nice if Daeran was a bit less selfish or Wenduag was a less bit murder happy.
