Directv closed captioning not working.
The closed captions are showing despite the option being turned off. I can change between the normal and the DirecTV ones, but they don’t go away when I turn them off. I’ve also checked to make sure they aren’t turned on through the TV itself, and they aren’t. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and figured out a fix.

Friend of mine informed me that that the closed captions on ACC Network (612) are not working. For 3 weeks closed captioning has been missing on all CBS dvr recordings and only CBS. All dvr recordings from other channels show closed captioning. Closed captioning works on live CBS.
