I think 4.56 would be too tall, I’d recommend 4.30, good balance for towing and mpgs. I would go at least 4.88's if you tow anything remotely heavy.

I have been running 37's on my 2012 F350 and now the 2022 F250. Carli lifts on both. Never the need for brake or slotted rotors. I know 35's will fit fine on my 08 diesel. But I am not sure about 37's. My measuring of the distance between my stock tires and the fender wells at turn (when the edge of the tire is closest to the fender/bumper) gives me 3 7/8". Round that down to 3" to be safe.

FYI - Ford is putting a 35" spare under the new Tremor package trucks. So the weight difference you're talking is maybe 5-10 lbs. Carli arms really are more about bling than function. They are notched to give 1/2" additional clearance at full steering lock. This is completely a non-issue with greater offset wheels and 37s.

My 37’s (12.5” on 4.89BS 17’s) clear with a 2.5” lift with no trimming. No rubbing. Fully articulated with wheels on before springs went in and after, articulating it off road - full lock to lock. 2.5" Fox Shocks with DSC (all 4 corners) Lewis Built Adjustable Track Bar. Currently running 37x12.50x20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on Ultra 226 Machine wheels with a +18 offset. Full lock is 40 degrees turning angle and these rub at about 38, on the sway bar.Clearing 37's on a level setup will depend on what exact tire and wheel spec you want to run along with a few other variables. At minimum you will want to run and adjustable track bar and be prepared to do some trimming to the front bumper braces and inner fender liners. In my YJ, I'm running a 79 F250 front Dana 44 converted to 5 x 5.5 using F150 Dana 44 knuckles out. Rear is a mid-90s 8.8 out of an F150, which is also 5 x 5.5.They do rub on full turn on the leafsprings but that's because the are 14" wide. I beleive if I had 12 or 12.5 wide they wouldn't rub on the leafsprings. The only way I see you could run 37"s with 4" of lift is as stated, by trimming your fender wells. Or just buy a Hypertech and set it to 37" tires and be done. Depending on the year of the teuck, the Forscan code for 37” tires also works without using the axle code.
