After the most recent patch it has stopped recharging fusion cores. This is the one from the previous bundle, not the one release recently in the atom shop, though I don’t know if that matters at all. The location it was in hasn’t changed, it’s still in the top floor of the Wildwood tavern in a camp. Outdoors, not in a shelter.

It will recharge up to 4 cores at once, at a rate of 1% per core (all cores in regardless) per minute. So a core at 50% will take 50 minutes, a 1% core will take near to 2 hours to charge.

Not only will you regularly find 4 fusion cores in random dumpsters and ammo crates now, but like others have said you can sell a fusion core with 1/100 charge for the same price as a fully charged one. If your a level 28 get the batteries included perk to reduce fusion core weight. Doesnt work, only gives your camp power. Must take over a power plant workshop and power up the generator there.
