Hi All, I have a 2016 Traverse that I'm having issues with. First off the service blind spot warning came on and both lights came on in the mirrors, shortly after that, the rear sensors quit working and now the "service front" came on and my garage door opener quit working. With this said, basically none of my warnings are currently working.
There are updates for the detection systems especially in 2016 - whether you can apply them in your location is another story. Took it to the dealer and they tested the side detection system and charged me $100 to tell me that I had a bad module and it would cost about $800 to fix it.re setting will not do anything. the code needs to be read, problem determined and repaired then the code will go away. with it being a 2014, this is a warranty issue and should cost you nothing. there are specific codes for this and that will narrow down the area of failure.
