Posted August 19, 2012 (edited) drakelord1, hi, check your DLCList.txt to make sure 'cloaks.esp' is listed and being loaded. (search for DLCList.txt in your systemdrive). if you used NMM to install, sometimes it glitches, check it. verify that these folders are in your skyrim install just to make sure the mod files/folders were installed:
Cloaks of Skyrim, cloaks clipping through armor and sword. If you add the mod mid-playthough, it will take a while ( a couple of weeks in game time )for them to start appearing on guards because the leveled lists needs time to reset. 2.
