Remove the two bolts and slowly lower the tank enough to get access to the 3 lines ( 2 are fuel and 1 is the vent ) and the 2 electrical connectors.

Replaced the turn signal relay (lighting control module) with the wrong one, then replaced the turn signal switch. Same problem remained, left turn preformed flawlessly.
