I just received a 2000 Tundra from my father in law, he removed the 20A fuse for the 4wd because the 4hi and 4lo buttons and lights on dash blink constantly. Tapping on ADD and Transfer Case (TC) actuators didn't help. I removed the connector and vent hose from each actuator ...This is likely due to the shifting process timing out (jammed t-case or diff actuator).
