I've subscribed to Dan Wiener's "The Independent Adviser for Vanguard Investors" for many years, off and on. I would subscribe for a year, let the subscription lapse for a year or two, then resubscribe on an irregular basis. It wasn't a big deal one way or the other, but I did enjoy (and, I think benefit) from reading this newsletter.

Also "The Independent Advisor" for Vanguard Investors rates these funds as a Sell. Personally, I think a better choice is the Wellington fund if you want Moderate Growth.
