OK, I just installed new "MoPar" thermostat after getting the PO128 code. Also decided to drain what I could of the 14 quarts listed in manual from lower hose. Was not able to flush completely but the 2 gallons of fluid removed looked new and 2014 WK only has about 70K so thought that should be fine.

P0128 is a permanent code, and will stay in the system until it completes so many cycles without detecting the low coolant temp. That said, after mine set the code again, I replaced the thermostat. hasn't been back on since.
