Jan 31, 2020 · Door locks won't lock, Found solution. I have a 2013 Kia Soul + that I bought new in 2012. It has been a great vehicle. A month ago my door locks wouldn't lock. Had my local Kia dealer run a diagnostics test which by the way they have done all the service since new. I was told I needed a Drivers side Central Locking Switch/Actuator.
