Same issue on PS5 for multiple seasons - seems to happen about 20% of the time at the beginning of a new season. Tried every option to fire the existing coaches and restart the system/game with no change in the bug. I never noticed bugs in previous versions but this was the just one of many in this...Basically you need to FIRE your OC the week of the SB... then go to FILL spots on menu to [re]hire the OC (before advancing). Then you can hire (or re-hire) the OC, and you will not get stuck with the FATAL ERROR (you need to repeat ever year). I started a thread about this very problem. After the recent update I was in year 2031 offline franchise and it crashes after every playoff game. I am going back to play 2022 starting today until they fix this. Really pisses me off they let this game crash bug back in the game after fixing last spring in 2022. It doesn't save.
