As for flash, a 4 piece eliminates flash to near nothing, doesn’t do much of anything for recoil which the 7.62x39 versions have quite a bit of out of the shorter versions.The mini and micro have exposed gas tubes and the handguard shape differ drastically between the 3. I owned a mini and really didn't care for it. The handguard was too small and it shot all over the place. I traded it for a Yugo M70AB2.
