OP's issues are fixed. I helped them calibrate via dm. It just needed aggressive calibration. ‼️If your small square cuts way off from the printed square, select the fine calibration coordinates that will shift the square towards the intended printed square. AKA Agressive Calibration.‼️

Update 08/22/2020: I FINALLY heard back from Cricut Support. TWO WEEKS it took me to get back to me! They recommended a firmware update. I did that. Did a sheet of Print then Cut stickers. They looked OK. White border around the image always cuts a little more off the further down the sheet I go. I ran another calibration. It calibrated perfectly.
