I purchased $95 glasses from Warby Parker and submitted the out of network claim form to VSP. I just got reimbursed (it took about 2 weeks) $70 as well. On the letter I received it said the full amount of $95 was “allowed” but I had a $25 copay, thus the reimbursement of $70. So it’s worth it!
