The many caves on the island provide players with an oppertunity to find large amounts of scorpions and spiders which provide chitin when killed. These caves can be dangerous, however, being home to a variety of creatures. The cave I would recommend for it's easier difficulty is the southern cave at the coordinates 80, 53.
The Kairuku of Ark Survival Evolved are cute creatures that yeild a lot of organic polymer when harvested. They are best harvested with a club or sword, but anything that harvests meat can be used. If you need to make your own polymer, you will need obsidian, and that is only found in a few places on the Center map. The chainsaw is a very powerful weapon, while at the same time, great at harvesting. It uses Gasoline as Fuel/Ammo.It's easy to find crystals on any of the mountains in the game, but it's not as easy to locate them in the snow biome. If you're heading there, stay near the icy ground beside the higher structures and you'll find crystal nodes tucked on their edges. The best way to farm these nodes is by using an Ankylosaurus.
