There is no number on the back of the slide. The A5KXX is on the back of the frame and IS your serial #. While the earlier Kel-tecs had strickly numerical serial numbers, for a few years now, they are all alpha-numeric. Each different model starts with a different letter. P11s all start with A.

I used a spring loaded hinge and a true glow red dot site. I can still fold my gun and it seems to be usable.
