If it's only an aesthetic issue (i.e the plastic cover is mounted crooked) or it is more of a manufacturing defect (i.e. the hinge is mounted crooked) it's hard to say from just this picture. It's also somewhat of a recurring problem with this Lenovo's dual hinge setup. Whether or not you want to return it, it's up to you.
