I have not. Admittedly, I made this build in 2.0 where the Highest of Glaives was definitively the best paralysis glaive. My character is broke so I can't make the Rampage Glaive S currently so I'm going to use my Rampage Slicer and Rielle Nulo Green I (it has 15 para like the paralysis II ramp-up skill) as a reference and some head maths.
