I no longer recommend Oanda for non-US residents as of a couple of years ago. They've been slowly changing their offering over the years to be less and less competitive and there are simply better options out there. That said, for US residents with few regulated options to use.. Oanda is still not a horrible choice to go with. From what I know about Oanda, they don't have a dealing desk in practical terms. Meaning they don't have a desk that may reject or requote your order, and they state in that link that they don't reject or requote orders. Although latency may cause slippage.OANDA Review.
