There's been quite a bit of discussion about this. Personally I find it hard to find a benefit to 204 or 166 shafts when Standard shafts are cheaper and easier to build and fly just as well. I've tried all the sizes of shafts and keep coming back to 246.

The MR series is so much smoother and easier to shoot than the original version. As far as the back wall I don't think there is much difference there.
