The SBH Teaching Kitchen is here for the community and hosts on average 10 classes a month ranging from meal prep and one pot meals to Caribbean cuisine and desserts. All classes are taught by Registered Dietitians or Culinary Nutrition Educators and held in the beatiful SBH Teaching Kitchen.
