The reason for this secret military base was probably that military accessories used to only spawn there (clothes, backpacks, etc.). But since the stuff can be found everywhere, the reason for visiting this base is completely gone.

It’s located in the northern part of Raven Creek close to the yellowish police station that has bin updated to look like survivors made it into a base.
