That solved the issue completely for me. I can now leave motion detection on for people only on low and it works excellent.

I do not recommend this solution, but it did work for me. I brought out my cell phone and plugged it into the charger. It show the phone was charging. I then plugged in the cameras and they showed the charging symbol. All has been well since then.
