Second, assuming you go on rate for bofa/crystal armor (and don't go for blade) I wouldn't ever recommend using shards to upkeep a normal crystal bow. Youll need the shards to corrupt the bow, charge your armor, and make potions, and you'll easily use up all that you get from 400 CGs.
