Your only option is to replace them with offices. Sadly offices do not create goods which means that your commercial zones will start to complain about not enough goods. Further; the furniture factory isn’t making anything at all as it doesn’t have enough paper. The pellet plant is working fine and producing, although almost EVERYTHING seems to be exporting.
