Dodge ram clicking noise front end.

1997 dodge ram 1500 rc sb 4x4 5.9 A couple days ago i was driving through a few feet of water, no big deal right. Anywho, now when i drive my truck i hear a constant loud clicking coming from the front end up my truck when i drive, and it gets faster with speed. For me the popping noise was caused by a bad upper control arm bushing on the drivers side.
