It's not possible to get a positive at 5dpo. The very earliest the most sensitive test can give you a positive is 8dpo (and that's assuming you don't implant late). But that doesn’t mean it’s possible for any pregnant woman to have it show that early. 9 dpo is actually the most common day to implant and tests don’t show until about 2 days after implantation!
