Specifically, the second row screen in my 2016 Yukon XL was not playing my kids' DVDs or any other media. The third row screen and dashboard screen both worked and the audio worked, but the second row screen was black (although backlit). A replacement costs about $300 (or $700, if you buy from a dealer for some reason).
