We resolved the problem, Seems the pump was airlocked. We bled out the lines to help prime the pump and all seems to be working great. Purchased a fuel level sensor, which was about $65 if I remember correctly, but continued to have the same issue. After more research, found out this was a problem with the dashes in these tractors. A new dash cost approx. $500.
