Blackout and Inner Glow are the big-ticket skills here IMO. Blackout is the key skill that lets you Phasewalk often, while Inner Glow is simply reliable healing and survivability, always a plus. I recommend either Silent Resolve or Hit and Run. SR works great with builds that focus on using Phasewalk a lot, such as builds with Hard to Get and Blackout. HaR works well with Inner Glow and Radiance, allowing you to healing more and cause more shock damage. Plus the melee bonus is nice for ending Phaswwalk. Hello guys! They're all really strong, and every class is equally viable. Raw DPS at level 69 however, Brick with the right build is the best, followed by Lillith. HOWEVER: DON'T play BL1 like BL2.
