As suggested above, get an M17/M18, remove the manual safety, install the safety lever pin in it's place, and stick the FCU in a no manual safety grip module of your choice. The pin: My buddy has a m17 and I have a CW fcu. He likes my flat trigger and overall trigger pull more. The CW fcu uses the legion trigger so it’s slightly lighter and more responsive. Not at the moment. Only version is a non-manual safety fcu. Sig has only mentioned the possibility of offering the fcu in different colors then the gold TiN.

The FCU's in the m17's with a safety are different than the FCU's in the m17's without a safety. (Absurd) There are different cutouts toward the rear of the FCU frame that make them different. Now, if you have a manual safety supported M17 you can switch back and forth by swapping out only the first 6 parts I listed.

The takedown safety lever is different as the tab in the 45 is shorter (different P/N) to take into account the longer 45 magazine. You can get the part you need from SIG. A complete stock 45 FCU will work with 9/40/357 unmodified, but the takedown safety function may be compromised. Of course, the 45 grip is different than one for 9/40/357.
