As for thickness of the clothes, it depends on what cloth it is, leather will be thick, you don't need to show the thickness everywhere, just the parts where it is visible, especially at the ends. Silk or linen will be thin, wool will be medium. So take proper references before starting. This is for the high poly. Make every cloth double sided.
