From what I remember, the beaver saddle is best, all you need is a beaver. You know that all saddles have stats, just pick the one with the highest numbers. I just bought the upland saddle and it is actually insane. The price tag is also insane though. It's a little over $600 but it is absolutely amazing.

All the trapper's saddles. My favorite is the Rattlesnake, both in terms of appearance and stats. It's the most time-consuming to get though. The Beaver is by far my fav, i've used it a lot. Looks great, and stats wise one of the best saddles, probably in the top 3. The Bear or Panther saddles are my favorite!
