The facilities are clean. The loading docks have giant massive fans. FedEx smelled like rotting fish, they pay minimum wage, and management is non-existent. Both only care about throughout but at least at UPS they take things seriously. Everything at FedEx is treated so carelessly and everything is a joke to them.
