Here are the relevant pages from the factory service manual. There is a fuse box under the hood on the driver's side (with spare fuses in the lid) and another in the driver's side under dash. Both covers have legends on them describing the fuses.The local Subaru dealership took a look at it and indicated that the issue was due to the window tinting, recommended lubrication. I tried some light lubrication on the window channel, this did not help. Since the problem is intermittent, I have not continued on with solving. I hope this helps a bit!
