Turns out, the SB6190 has a bug in the firmware (Version: 9.1.93N specifically) that causes it to start dropping packets, especially PPTP VPN packets. The ports the Cellspot uses (123, 500 and 4500) are common PPTP VPN ports. Seems the SB6190 is the cause of the issues with the Cellspot going offline. So for example some areas band 4 might be allowed but not band 2 or it might leave the country where tmobile owns no spectrum. In that case it's not suppose to work at all.
