Polearm Master Fighter would really put the AOO bonus to good use. Phalanx Soldier 3/Swashbuckler x would work pretty well. spears are the boring but effective weapon, so giving it all kind of trait doesn't make sense. The biggest point of spears was their reach, any spear without reach is not a spear. For the Martial one, it wouldn't even be that unbalanced. Other Reach weapons that need 2 hands have another trait for being d10.
