You definitely want 100 recov always as a warlock lol. Resillence almost doesnt matter in pve unless you are running well or want to survive snipers in gms without mods. While 100 recov, 100 discipline is best for contraverse, i would say 80-90 discipline is definitely still good.

It is very good for low level or group PvE Content as the perk of Nezarac will compensate for any lack of grenade kills. For harder or solo PvE content, Contraverse is where it's at for me.
