1 review. 20 Jan 2024. Better opt to book directly with Airlines. Poor customer service. Booking was flawless. Outbound flight had no issues. Inbound flight was hell..prevented to board a flight due to a 5 minute excess in transit time for the next flight. No notifications, no email whatsoever as a reminder.
Subsequently, the return ticket was canceled by the airline. Despite the airline's assurance of a refund if booked directly, BudgetAir.co.uk insisted I contact the airline. After persistent attempts to reach BudgetAir.co.uk since 2020, they continuously delayed and provided different reasons. If you’re reading this review, it’s likely too late to warn you, and you have likely also fallen prey to this fraudulent scam. Budget air should be avoided at all cost. We had to rebook our travel, and it cost us $10,000 to book travel to Thailand on 11.12.22. We are absolutely disgusted. This company is fraud. This company is fraud. They sold me a ticket at £378. Couple of hours later exact same ticket is being sold at £225. No customer service to speak to, extremely unhelpful chat customer service. You can not speak to customer services. Reviews here say alot but they are still functioning.

While booking with most airlines directly allows for a free of charge cancellation, booking via budgetair does not. I realized just few hours after my booking that I had booked the wrong dates.
